Returns & Exchanges

We want to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. We are happy to accept returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. However, you are responsible for the shipping fees of any returned item, as well as for the items of any new/exchanged items. 

Please note the following:- Items returned within 21 days of their original shipment day will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned at your expense.

- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hang tags are not eligible for return. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. 

- Valley Vain reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange. 

- Any returned items that do not meet these requirements will be discarded upon receipt. 

- In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please send an email to CustomerService@ValleyVain.com within 12 hours of receipt of the packaged order, with photo proof of the damaged item. We will only send replacements for damaged products that adhere to this process. 

- All items are returned to Valley Vain at your expense. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package and/or email with your name, order number and reason for return. You are responsible for tracking the item to ensure its arrival to Valley Vain. 

- Sales are always for a limited time and prices are only for the stated sale dates and times. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
