Where is my order?
Once your order has completed processing, you will receive an email that contains your USPS tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for USPS to provide tracking updates. All packages require a signature for delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at the local USPS office until you request re-delivery or pick it up from the USPS location.
An Item I want is out of stock?
We understand! You are in love with an item, and we are all sold out. We continue to restock items, so please check back on our site or social media (@ValleyVain) for restock updates.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. We process orders quickly and want to make sure customers receive their items as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. We are happy to exchange items once you receive them and return them according to the Returns & Exchange Policy. We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are you're totally in love with is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as they're usually paired with another item. We often restock our hottest items and if that is not possible we replace them with a similar style. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates.
Why was my order cancelled?
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes our items sell out super fast. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the cancellation of your order. If you have additional items in your order, we will process your order and refund the out of stock item.
If your billing and shipping information cannot be verified through our processing merchant, your order may be cancelled. If this happens, please try to place your order again, using a different payment method.
How long does it take for my return and/or store credit to process?
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 21 business days. You will receive a store credit code via email at the email address supplied for your original order.
